Policies
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days once your crypto payment is confirmed on-chain. You'll receive an email receipt on payment and a second email with tracking once your parcel ships.
We charge by the total weight of your order and your destination zone. The correct rate is calculated live at checkout — you always see it before paying. Maximum parcel weight is 20 kg per order; heavier orders are billed at the 20 kg+ rate for your zone.
Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging. We're crypto-only with no KYC — we never ask for ID and store the minimum information needed to fulfil your order.
International transit times vary by destination and customs. If your tracked parcel hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us and we'll help resolve it. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
